Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Flexibility required to float between affiliated outpatient surgery centers
Qualifications
- Active certification as a Surgical Technologist or relevant nursing credentials (ORT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Knowledge of operating room procedures, protocols, and aseptic technique
- Previous experience in outpatient or hospital surgical settings highly valued
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and adaptability in floating to various surgical centers as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and organized
- Assist in surgical procedures by passing instruments, sponges, and other items to surgeons and assistants
- Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care as directed by the medical team
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
- Document care and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
- Support efficient case turnover and contribute to a positive, safe environment for both patients and staff
